Accurate jigs for precise routing operations are crucial to high quality guitar making. I recently laid hands on two top-notch aluminum tools while visiting Chris Jenkins’ shop. The workmanship is the best machine shop fabrication you can imagine.

After carefully studying the finish and overall design, I thought it would be best to simply show pictures of these tools and give the website for further information.

This jig will fit two popular trim routers, Porter-Cable and the DeWalt. When used with a spiral carbide bit, the routing is absolutely flawless!



This Triple Set tool will accommodate each style shown or you may buy an individual jig only. The drill guides are hardened tool steel inserts and will last a lifetime. I just don’t think you can make a mistake with precision jigs like these. They are not cheap, but wow!
